Commercial & HOA Christmas Light Installation in Miami
Holiday lighting for the properties people visit — storefronts, restaurants, offices, hotels, and community entrances. We design it, install it, keep it lit all season, and take it down in January, with one seasonal price and one point of contact for your manager or board.
Your property is on display all season — light it like it
For a business or a community, holiday lighting isn't decoration for its own sake. It's the first thing a customer notices from the street, the reason a patio looks inviting after dark, and the difference between a community entrance that feels cared for and one that feels forgotten. A display that's crisp, even, and fully lit every night says something about how the whole property is run.
It's also the kind of project that tends to land on someone who already has a full-time job. A property manager, a restaurant owner, or a volunteer board member ends up sourcing lights, finding someone with a lift, chasing a repair when half the entrance goes dark, and then figuring out where everything gets stored in January. Our service exists to take that entire list off your desk.
We handle commercial and community properties the same done-for-you way we handle homes, scaled to the site: we plan the layout around your architecture and sight lines, supply commercial-grade lights and hardware, install everything, maintain it through the season, and remove it cleanly in January. You don't buy materials, you don't store anything, and you don't manage multiple vendors.
Because commercial and community sites vary so much — a single storefront is a very different job from a multi-entrance community — these projects start with a conversation rather than an online form. Tell us about the property and what you have in mind, and we'll walk it with you, scope it properly, and give you one clear seasonal price to approve.
All-Inclusive
Everything included for a commercial or community property
Site walk & lighting plan
We walk the property with you, look at how it's seen from the street and the parking lot, and plan a layout around your architecture, signage, and landscaping.
Commercial-grade lights & hardware
The same commercial-grade LED bulbs, wiring, and clips we use on every project — supplied by us, so there's nothing for you to purchase or inventory.
Professional installation
Insured crews install rooflines, facades, trees, palms, wreaths, and garland, working around your access and operating needs.
All-season maintenance
If a section goes dark, we come back and fix it. A business or community entrance stays fully lit from the first night through the end of the season.
January takedown & removal
A complete teardown after the holidays, with every light and piece of hardware taken away — nothing left behind for your staff to store.
One point of contact
A single contact for design, scheduling, and service calls, so a manager or board has one simple relationship instead of several.
Make It Yours
Properties we light
Every site is scoped individually, but most commercial and community projects fall into one of these groups. If yours doesn't fit neatly, tell us about it anyway.
Storefronts & retail centers
Rooflines, facades, window outlines, and entry wreaths that make a storefront or plaza stand out during the busiest shopping weeks of the year.
Restaurants & patios
Warm lighting over outdoor dining, wrapped palms and trees, and lit entrances that make a patio feel like the place to be on a winter evening.
Offices & professional buildings
Clean, understated lighting for entrances, lobbies seen from the street, and the landscaping that frames the building.
Hotels & hospitality
Arrival drives, porte-cochères, courtyards, and pool areas lit to match the standard guests expect from the rest of the property.
HOA & community entrances
Entry monuments, gatehouses, clubhouses, and common-area trees lit to one consistent look, so the whole community reads as a single display.
Condo & apartment communities
Building entrances, leasing offices, and shared amenity areas that make residents feel the season the moment they come home.
The Difference
Why managers and boards hand this to us
It's one line item, not a project
Design, materials, installation, maintenance, and takedown are covered by a single seasonal price — simple to budget, simple to approve, and no surprise add-ons mid-season.
A dark section gets fixed, not ignored
On a commercial or community property, an outage is visible to everyone, every night. Maintenance is included for the whole season, so you're never chasing a repair.
Nothing to buy, store, or insure against
We own the lights and hardware. Your staff never climbs a ladder, and there are no bins of tangled strands taking up a storage room until next year.
We work around your operations
We plan access, timing, and any needed approvals with you up front, so installation fits around your customers, tenants, or residents.

Tell us about your property
Leave your details and we'll call to talk through your storefront, building, or community — then walk the site and give you one clear seasonal price covering design, installation, maintenance, and takedown.
Request A Callback →Commercial & community lighting across Miami-Dade & Broward
We light commercial properties throughout Miami-Dade and Broward — retail and dining districts in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Wynwood, Miami Beach, and Aventura, along with offices and hospitality properties in Doral and Fort Lauderdale. South Florida's holiday season is an outdoor one, which means your exterior lighting is working for you every evening people are out walking, dining, and shopping.
For community associations, we serve gated and master-planned communities in Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Weston, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Davie. If you manage several properties or a community with more than one entrance, we can scope them together so they're lit to the same standard. If your city isn't listed, reach out anyway and we'll confirm coverage.
Good Questions
Commercial & HOA — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you install Christmas lights for businesses and HOAs?
Yes. Alongside homes, we light storefronts, restaurants, offices, hotels, and HOA or community entrances across Miami-Dade and Broward, with the same done-for-you service: design, commercial-grade lights, installation, all-season maintenance, and January takedown.
How do we get a quote for a commercial property or community?
Commercial and community sites are scoped individually. Use the 'Have a rep call me' option on our quote page (choose 'Business'), or call us directly. We'll talk through the property, walk it with you, and provide one clear seasonal price for approval.
Our HOA board has to approve the proposal. Can you work with that?
Yes. We're used to working with property managers and boards, and we'll give you a clear scope and a single seasonal price that's straightforward to present and approve. The earlier the board starts the conversation, the more scheduling flexibility you'll have.
When should a business or community book holiday lighting?
As early as you can. Installations are typically scheduled in November through early December, and larger properties and anything needing approvals take longer to plan. Reaching out in early fall gives you the best choice of install dates.
What happens if lights go out during the season?
We come back and fix them — maintenance is included for the entire season. Let your contact know and we'll get the display fully lit again.
Do we need to buy or store any of the lights?
No. We supply the lights and hardware, and we take everything with us at takedown in January. There's nothing for you to purchase, inventory, or store.
How much does commercial Christmas light installation cost in Miami?
It depends on the size of the property and what's being lit — a single storefront and a multi-entrance community are very different projects — so we price each site after walking it. You'll get one all-in seasonal price covering design, materials, installation, maintenance, and takedown.
