Nothing online — booking your design visit is free. Just two payments later: a 50% deposit at your free design visit once you approve your plan, which locks in your install date, and the remaining 50% when the job is complete.

Your instant quote is built from your answers — home size, which sides of your roofline you want lit, palm trees, wreaths, and other decorations — using typical dimensions with a built-in buffer, so the price you see is the price you pay. We then plan your layout from satellite imagery and show you a mockup at a free design visit. Your price only changes if you add to your display, or if your home turns out not to match what you entered — and in that case you can accept the updated price or cancel for a full deposit refund.

Everything: commercial-grade C9 LED lights, clips and hardware, professional installation, maintenance all season if a section goes out, and takedown in January. One seasonal price — you don't buy, store, or touch anything.

Yes — in the quote wizard you pick exactly which sides get roofline lights: front, back, left, right, or the whole home. Your price adjusts to exactly what you choose, so a front-only display costs a lot less than a full perimeter.

Palm trees and shade trees (wrapped trunk to limb), hedges, bushes and garden beds, lit wreaths, garland around entryways, window outlines, and pathway or driveway lighting. Add any of them in the quote wizard and your price updates instantly. Columns, poolside, and other custom touches can be added at your free design visit.

This season we're serving Miami and the greater South Florida area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties). Spots are limited, so early reservations get priority scheduling.

Pre-order installs are scheduled first, typically in November through early December. After your design visit we'll lock in your install date.

Yes — they stay up through the holidays, and if any section stops working we come fix it. Takedown happens in January and is included in your package.
