Working with a holiday light company is a season-long relationship, not a single visit. For Doral homeowners it starts in the fall. Installs run from October through early December and are scheduled in the order people book, and November through early December fills up first. Booking early gives you the widest choice of install dates, and your design visit or call can happen well before the rush.
Once your lights are up, we keep them that way. The dusk-to-dawn timer runs the display every night, and if a bulb or a section goes out, we fix it within 48 hours of your report, all season, weekends included. During the season we're available every day, 8 AM to 8 PM, by phone, text or email.
In January we take everything down and haul it away, included in your price. Before next season we reach out so you can book again. Keep the same design, or switch colors and add wreaths or pathway lights. Your plan is already on file, so coming back is easy. When we reach out, you can book right away and pick an install date before the busy November weeks fill up. That way your home is lit early in the season, with the same maintenance and January takedown as before.
